Exchanges and Returns

At Acuarela Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer a period of up to 14 days from the date of delivery to make returns.

Returns

  • You can return any item in its original condition (unused and with tags intact) within 14 days of delivery of the package. Otherwise, your return will not be accepted. For hygienic and sanitary reasons, bikini bottoms and swimwear must be tried on over underwear.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with all the necessary instructions to send the product back.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. They will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • Once the product has been received and verified, we will process the corresponding refund to your original payment method, it will take between 5 and 7 business days to appear in your account.

Size Exchanges SPAIN AND PORTUGAL (PENINSULA)

We are here to help you! We will provide you with detailed instructions for shipping the product to our warehouse.

  • Term: You have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to request a size exchange.
  • Product Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging.
  • Request: To initiate a size exchange, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with detailed instructions for shipping the product to our warehouse.
  • Customer Shipping to Warehouse: Shipping costs to send the product to our warehouse are the responsibility of the customer. The cost will be €6, which must be paid via bank transfer.
  • Shipping of the New Size: Once we receive and verify the item, we will ship the new size requested, subject to availability. The shipping costs of the new size from our warehouse to you (Spain and Portugal) will be borne by Acuarela Brand.

Size Exchanges other Countries (INTERNATIONAL)

At Acuarela Brand, we want you to love your bikini, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. For orders outside of Spain and Portugal, we apply the following policy:

We do not make size changes on orders outside of Spain and Portugal. If you need a different size, you can make a return and make a new purchase with the correct size. We offer two options:

  • Refund – It will be made in the same payment method used in the purchase. The process can take up to 7 business days from the receipt and validation of the returned product.
  • Coupon for new purchase – You will receive a store credit for the value of the returned product, which you can use on any product on our website.

Coupon conditions: It can be used on any product, it is personal and non-transferable and has no expiration date.

ATTENTION: Items on sale may not have guaranteed availability for size changes. Please resolve your size doubts beforehand.

NOTE: If the package has been returned for non-collection, the same rules will apply to the return policy.

DEFECTIVE AND INCORRECT ITEMS

All items are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure that you receive garments of the highest quality.

In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, or if you receive an incorrect product, please email us at acuarela@acuarelabrand.com within 2 days of delivery, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that items damaged due to improper garment care are not considered manufacturing defects.
