All orders are shipped directly from our logistics center in Madrid, Spain.
Free shipping
Spain (Mainland & Balearic Islands): Free shipping on all orders.
Portugal: Free shipping on all orders.
For other European countries, free shipping applies to orders over €150.

Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Important information
Acuarela Brand is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs inspections, or circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We are unable to modify shipping details once the order has been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or not being claimed, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
